David J. Kresman

David J. Kresman began working for the firm as a summer associate in 2000. Motivated by his desire to make more of an impact as an advocate for people who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others, he continued to work full-time at the firm while attending law school at night. Mr. Kresman joined the firm as a lawyer in 2002, where his practice is devoted to personal injury and wrongful death matters, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, slip/trip and falls and defective products.

Mr. Kresman is a 1998 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, and a graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor in 2001. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of the County of New York.
